These terms apply when you access or use this website operated by SBS Waterproofing (“SBS”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Website purpose

This website provides general information about SBS waterproofing, roofing and building-envelope services and allows prospective clients to submit enquiries. Website content is not a diagnosis, technical specification, professional opinion, quotation or binding offer. Project advice and pricing are confirmed only after an appropriate inspection and written SBS quotation or agreement.

Enquiries and service agreements

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contractor-client relationship or guarantee availability, response time, price or acceptance of work. Any services are governed by the written quotation, scope, exclusions, payment terms and other project documents accepted by the parties.

Acceptable use

You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape or overload the service, impersonate another person, submit false information, or use content in a way that infringes rights or law.

SBS Google Ads Bridge

The SBS Google Ads Bridge is a private internal integration for authorised SBS personnel. It uses Google's official APIs to manage and report on SBS's own Google Ads account. It is not a public advertising service and grants no rights to access SBS systems, credentials, campaign data or Google Ads account. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, website text, branding, graphics, layout, photographs and other content are owned by or licensed to SBS and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may view the site for personal or legitimate business evaluation. You may not reproduce, republish, sell or commercially exploit substantial content without prior written permission.

The website relies on or links to third-party services, including hosting, analytics and Google services. Third-party terms and privacy practices apply to their services. SBS is not responsible for third-party content, availability or conduct, although we select providers with reasonable care.
